Manager Research and Insights
who acts as the voice of the customer. The Manager Research and Insights does not only deliver research results on paper but proactively supports the organization to deliver superior customer experience.
 

Job Responsibility:

 

Requirements:

  • Maintain a solid understanding of users, the market place, the competition and of future trends
  • Engage customers to co-create products and services and leverage the energy of our user community
  • Design, manage and execute international research projects with a focus on innovation research, co-creation, customer satisfaction, product/concept tests, usability studies
  • Derive compelling insights from research
    Translate insights into strategy, concrete ideas and initiatives and effectively share those with various stakeholders e.g. Product Development, Marketing, Engineering
  • Facilitate evidence-based, user-centric decision making processes
  • Accompany stakeholders working with research insights while they are developing products, services or setting up initiatives to further improve customer satisfaction
 
  • University degree in psychology, economics or social sciences
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar market research function
  • Sound experience in managing and executing international research projects with a focus on innovation research, customer satisfaction, product/concepts tests, usability studies
  • Make use of the full repertoire of research methodologies, being eager to experiment with new approaches if appropriate
  • Excellent analytical skills, being able to quickly analyze and translate data into concrete conclusions with the help of standard tools (Microsoft Office, SPSS)
  • Excellent English and Russian skills as well as good German skills, further languages are a plus
  • Used to work iteratively, you involve users early and often into design and decision making processes
  • Flexible, highly motivated personality with hands-on mentality
  • Team player collaborating effectively with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling skills
  • Willingness to travel
