Customer Love Manager
In this newly created position you will be responsible to implement and manage the customer service strategy and pilot the customer satisfaction through all touch points through which customer interaction occurs. Furthermore, you will manage the customer service performance and represent the voice of the customer across the organization.

Job Responsibility:

 

Requirements:

  • Define service levels for all channels of customer service and ensure their fulfilment
  • Manage quantitative and qualitative  key performance indicators and metrics
  • Responsible for training and provision of information capillary  across all customer service centres
  • Oversee, prepare and deliver training and information needs / skills, internally as well as externally
  • Implement and continuously improve policies and procedures as well as supervise process flows within all customer service channels incl. social media
  • Supervise complaint management and handle customer query escalations
  • Participate in projects to improve operational efficiency in collaboration with other departments / divisions.
 
 
  • Successfully completed business studies
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in customer service within an international environment
  • Customer- and solution-oriented thinking with a positive attitude  and high professionalism
  • Excellent communication strength combined with good negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Teamplayer with hands-on mentality
  • Fluently in English, any other language of advantage
