Project Manager (m/w) Executive Board Office

This role is a great opportunity, to take over first responsibility for strategic tasks and projects as well as to build network with the top management in order to grow within an international, exciting and changing company. The position is embedded in the international team of the Corporate Strategy Department.

Job Responsibility:



  • Carry out special projects for the Executive Board and co-work on projects of the Corporate Strategy Department
  • Conduct strategic internal and external analyses independently
  • Support activities for the development and implementation of the group’s strategy
  • Manage Executive Board processes, such as preparation and follow-up of board meetings
  • Liaise with relevant CEOs/Boards of portfolio companies to ensure timely delivery of content and documentation
  • Coordinate with external partners
  • Take over organizational and administrational tasks for the Executive Board in relation to global management summits
  • Quickly establish a solid network throughout the group on an international level
  • Excellent academic background with a successfully completed university degree, MBA is a plus
  • Some years of working experience, ideally within a consulting or business development function
  • Experience in managing project modules independently
  • Analytical and effective problem-solving skills and a result-driven working style
  • Excellent, communication skills on various managerial levels
  • Good team player with willingness to work closely together with other, internationally situated units
  • Interest in working in an international environment and willing to travel
  • Excellent German and English skills, any additional language is a plus
  • Excellent in handling MS Office applications
