Service Manager (m/f) Content Management Systems

Requirements:

  • Accountable for the technical delivery/operation for Contant Management Systems and Services across the organization
  • Ensures that each service is delivered according to the service attributes, such as performance, availability, security, etc.
  • Manages the risk of operating the service, designates technical architect and backup, coordinates communication among support staff and systems staff
  • Serve as point of escalation for major incident management, incident management, problem management, and change management
  • Ensures that any changes to the service under their care follows the current change management work practice
  • Participation in internal and external service review meetings
  • Works with service owner to identify and prioritize service improvement
  • Responsible for ensuring that the service entry in the service portfolio/catalog is accurate and maintained
  • Creating, maintaining and negotiating SLAs and OLAs for the service and ensure that the performance meets the requirements
  • Provides reporting and metrics on performance of service, manage delivery and lifecycle of service business strategy development, manages vendor relations
 
  • Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or an equal education
  • Some experience in working within matrix organisations with large geographically dispersed teams
  • Proven experience in service management for different content management or asset management systems
  • Understanding of enterprise content managment capabilities including asset/object model creation and governance, content analytics, information lifecycle, and metadata strategies
  • Understanding of the asset managment business, as well as taxonomy implementation, migration, and management systems
  • Kowledge in the following applications or equivalent to e.g. Adobe experience mananger, Image Master, My Documentum, Digital Asset Manager, Retention Policy Services, Information Rights Management
  • Understanding of direct sales processes and procedures
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural commuication skills
  • German native speaker and business fluent English skills, any additional language is a plus
