Requirements:

  • Support assigned projects to their successfull completion
  • Support that deliverables/milstones in project plans are achieved within cost and schedule
  • Being part of a project team in a junior role and steering small teams within the project from time to time
  • Follow Vorwerk PRINCE2 and corporate processes
  • Assist in the creation of communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the budget setup, as well as the collection of project expectations
  • Support the creation of progress and status reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations
  • Support the adherence of architecture principles through a proper documentation
  • Assist the conduction of test strategies and methods to ensure expected service quality
 
  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification
  • Basic certificate in a project managment methodology (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2)
  • First experience in project management
  • Proficient with standard MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and with MS Project or a similar project management application
  • ITIL knowledge requested
  • Ability to work in larger teams and in a pro-active, independent and thorough way
  • Basic skills in business written and verbal communication, as well as in moderation
  • Ability to organize small project teams for task delivery purpose
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for projects
  • Ability to quickly learn new methodologies and understand complex issues
  • German native speaking skills are a must, English skills must be business fluent, any additional language is a plus
