Requirements:

  • Accountable for the technical delivery/operation of SAP Hybris Marketing services across the organisation
  • Ensures that each service is delivered according to the service attributes, such as performance, availability, security, etc.
  • Manage the risk of operating the service, designates technical architect and backup, coordinates communication among Support and systems staff
  • Serve as point of escalation for major incident, problem, and6 change management
  • Ensure that any changes to the Service follow the current change management work practice
  • Participation in internal and external service review meetings
  • Work with service owner to identify and prioritize service improvement
  • Responsible for ensuring that the service entry in the service catalogue is accurate
  • Creating, maintaining, and negotiating SLAs and OLAs for the service and ensure that the performance meets the requirements
  • Provide reporting and metrics on performance of service and manage vendor relations
 
  • Successfully completed University degree in Computer Science or an equivalent education
  • Some experience in working within matrix organisations
  • Close alignment with the customer capability, as well as SAP
  • General customer and CRM knowledge
  • Functional understanding about Marketing and Sales processes
  • Functional understanding of segmentation, scoring, nurturing, analytics, campaign management, lead management, and E-Commerce
  • Understanding of CRM tools
  • Knowledge about SAP CRM, as well as SAP Hybris Marketing
  • Understanding of direct sales processes and procedures
  • ITIL Foundation certified
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
  • German native speaker and business fluent English skills, any additional language is a plus
