Manager (m/f) Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
to drive international recruiting and employer branding activities to attract and acquire talents for the Vorwerk Group.

Requirements:

  • Development and execution of recruiting and employer branding strategies in line with business requirements to attract and acquire talents for the Vorwerk Group
  • Set-up of best practice recruitment processes for the Vorwerk Group
  • Development and implementation of state-of-the-art HR Marketing activities to enhance the employer brand of Vorwerk
  • Continuous improvement of the Vorwerk career site in line with recruiting and employer branding strategies
  • HR related content generation for career site and social media channels in line with strategic talent acquisition
  • Establishment and management of strategic relevant university co-operations to attract talents for Vorwerk
  • Participation in international projects with high value contribution to overall HR strategy, either as project lead or project team member
  • Internal and external stakeholder management in projects within own area of responsibility
  • Budget planning and controlling for own area of responsibility
 
  • Excellent academic background with University degree
  • Several years of work experience, thereof at least 3-4 years in operational and strategic HR development and recruitment in an international context
  • Solid experience in HR Marketing and Talent Acquisition
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in working in an international context, global mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills, good networker
  • Analytical and strategic skills, result driven work style
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in German and business fluent in English are a must, any additional language is a plus
  • Excellent handling of MS-Office applications (SuccessFactors, MS-Office, SAP, Typo 3)
